Katie Hellebush, CAE, founded Hellebush Consulting, LLC, a boutique firm, nearly ten years ago to provide operational management and government relations expertise to associations. During that time, she established a strong and trusted reputation as a respected leader known for her strategic insight and steady, client focused service.
Effective March 1, 2026, Katie Hellebush will join Organization Management Group (OMG). This opportunity combines expertise, expanded capacity, and shared values. Clients will continue to receive the personalized attention and strategic insight they expect, now supported by a broader team and deeper operational infrastructure.
Ms. Hellebush’s legislative experience will be a valuable addition to OMG’s legislative arm, Legislative Strategies Group (LSG).
Headquartered in Chesapeake with offices in Richmond and Washington, D.C., and beyond, OMG offers a proven team‑based approach to association management, comprehensive financial oversight, and expertise in marketing and event execution. OMG is one of only twelve AMCs in the world with charter accreditation with the AMC Institute.
Legislative Strategies Group provides comprehensive local, state and federal advocacy services and strategic guidance, including lobbying strategy, message development, coordination of advocacy campaigns, and regulatory engagement.
